Directions

  1. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the stem and seeds.
  3. Boil the sweet pepper pieces in boiling water for 6-7 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the sour cream, eggs and milk.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, add the diced tomatoes and finely chopped green onions.
  6. Place the peppers in a baking dish, fill with the cheese and tomato mixture.
  7. Place in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 25 minutes, or until the cheese filling begins to brown on the surface.
  8. It is an ideal recipe for vegetarians and beyond.
