Directions

  1. In a bowl mix together: flour with sugar and a pinch of salt, incorporate the very cold diced butter, pour in the water and form a ball.
  2. Roll out the dough into a 20-22 cm diameter pan, prick it with a fork, and bake for 20 minutes at 200 °C.
  3. For the filling, mix all the ingredients together.
  4. In a bowl, mix the coconut flakes with the brown sugar.
  5. Place the blueberries on top, pour the filling and sprinkle with coconut shavings and brown sugar.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
  7. Cool and serve!
