Directions
In a bowl mix together: flour with sugar and a pinch of salt, incorporate the very cold diced butter, pour in the water and form a ball.
Roll out the dough into a 20-22 cm diameter pan, prick it with a fork, and bake for 20 minutes at 200 °C.
For the filling, mix all the ingredients together.
In a bowl, mix the coconut flakes with the brown sugar.
Place the blueberries on top, pour the filling and sprinkle with coconut shavings and brown sugar.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
Cool and serve!
