    250 ml

    40 g

  • Carrot

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, add the carrots that have already been washed and cut into cubes, pour in the water and a pinch of salt.
  2. Once it starts to boil, simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Blend everything together with a blender until getting a smooth texture.
  4. Pour in the milk and boil for another 10 minutes or until the texture is quite thick.
  5. Finally, incorporate the grated cheese.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Enjoy!
