Directions

  1. Mix warm milk with 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons of dried yeast
  2. Add 3 tablespoons flour and mix again
  3. Cover the bowl with a towel and place it in a preheated oven at 50 degrees with the door closed
  4. Mix an egg with 2 tablespoons of sugar, a little salt and melted butter
  5. Add the milk mixture with yeast and incorporate well
  6. Gradually add the sifted flour beforehand to avoid the cocoons. Include flour with a spatula and then knead the dough with your hands
  7. Grease the oil bowl and place the dough in it. Cover with a towel and let it grow in a preheated oven to 50 degrees with a closed door for 2 hours
  8. For filling, mix butter with brown sugar and cinnamon
  9. Spread the dough on the table and arrange the filling. Turn the dough evenly and cut the rolls well.
  10. Put them in a baking sheet, cover them with a towel and leave them for 15 minutes, after put them in the oven for 20 minutes to 180 degrees
  11. For cream mix mascarpone with 2 tablespoons milk, powdered sugar and lemon juice until the texture is homogeneous
  12. Grease the warm rolls with cream, melt and be even tasty. Serve them immediately with a hot autumn drink
  13. Look what fluffy dough! Optionally, you can add nuts to the filling
