  • Milk Căsuța Mea Premium 3.4% - 6.0%
    300 ml
  • Extra Light Cream (Half-and-Half) Căsuța Mea 10%
    150 ml
  • Semolina
    2 tbsp
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Berry
    to taste
  • Walnuts
    to taste

Directions

  1. Boil the semolina with the salt, milk, and 10% cream until it is ready, approximately 20-25 minutes.
  2. Let the porridge cool down a bit.
  3. Beat the remaining cream with powdered sugar until get a fluffy texture.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the semolina porridge in several batches.
  5. Add the received mousse into preferred cups or glasses. Refrigerate them for 30 minutes.
  6. Take out and serve with your favorite berries and nuts. Enjoy!
