Beat the egg with the sugar until they turn white in color, approximately 10 minutes.
✅ Add the melted butter with the cream, mix until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the flour with cocoa powder and baking powder.
✅ Sift the dry ingredients over the wet ones and mix until combined.
✅ Transfer the dough into a pastry bag and fill 2/3 of the volume of the molds. Bake for 25 minutes - Temperature 170 °C.
✅ For the glaze, melt the milk chocolate in the microwave.
✅ Dip the cooled donuts in chocolate, transfer them onto a plate, sprinkle with edible decorative candies, and place in the fridge until the glaze sets.
