    250 g
  • Baking powder

  • Egg yolk
    1 pc
  • Egg white
    1 pc
  • Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, pour the honey, add the sugar and butter.
  2. Place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat, stir the ingredients until the sugar melts.
  3. Add the spices, mix and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes, add the yolk and mix with a whisk.
  5. On top, add flour and baking powder in several batches.
  6. Let the dough rest for 3-4 hours.
  7. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet to a thickness of 3 mm.
  8. Cut out the desired shapes and remove the remaining dough.
  9. Place the figures in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Remove and let the biscuits cool completely.
  11. For the glaze: Mix the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and egg white with a whisk or mixer.
  12. Transfer the obtained glaze to a pastry bag, cut off the tip and draw the desired patterns.
