Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with the cream.
  2. In another bowl, mix the flour, semolina, sugar and salt.
  3. Add the solid ingredients to the liquid mixture.
  4. Finally, incorporate the melted butter and honey.
  5. Pour the composition into a removable mold with a diameter of 20 cm.
  6. Add the raspberries on top and bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C or until nicely browned.
