Directions

  1. Beat in a bowl of 150 grams of butter (at room temperature) with 125 grams of sugar and eggs.
  2. Add 150 grams of sifted flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and 5 tablespoons water, continuing to beat.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
  4. Transfer to a baking form.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt 70 grams of butter and 25 grams of sugar and 3 tablespoons of my milk cottage and almond flakes.
  7. Mix everything until it boils.
  8. Add the almond composition over the check.
  9. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
  10. Serve the check with ice cream or whipped cream, along with friends or family.
  11. Have a craving!
