Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Transfer to a baking form.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Melt 70 grams of butter and 25 grams of sugar and 3 tablespoons of my milk cottage and almond flakes.
Mix everything until it boils.
Add the almond composition over the check.
Bake for 5-7 minutes.
Serve the check with ice cream or whipped cream, along with friends or family.
