Directions
In a thicker bottom saucepan add: sugar, honey and spices.
We put the pan on a low heat & mix until the ingredients are incorporated (but in any case we do not boil)
Pour the mixture to a bowl, add sodium bicarbonate & mix, add very cold butter cubes (mix until melted)
Over add the egg, and mix & finally incorporate the flour into a few installments.
Then we form a ball.
We spread the dough on a baking paper with a thickness of 5 mm.
We cut the forms of the opinions (sizes found below)
Roof x 2: • 5 cm x 9 cm Fasade X2 + 1 with door: • 5.5 cm height + 7.5 cm high with inclination & width 7.5 cm USA X1: • 3 cm+ 4 cm
We remove the excess dough & bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for 10 minutes or until beautifully browned.
We remove and cool completely.
In another bowl add egg whites and sugar.
Mix with a mixer 4-5 minutes, pour the lemon juice we continue to mix another 1 minute.
We transfer the glaze received to a bag for confectionery, cut the tip short so that we can draw the ornaments.
We draw the walls, the roof and the details with different ornaments.
After drying well we glue the walls with glaze and continue with the roof.
We let it cool completely again and at the end we draw snow covering the small minosuri.
We dry well & serve on the holiday table with your loved ones.
