Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the oat flakes with the flour, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  2. Grate the apples, zest the lemon and squeeze 2-3 tablespoons of juice. Mix everything well.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, pour in the milk and melted butter while continuing to mix.
  4. Add the dry mixture, mix, incorporate the grated apples and fill 12 muffin tins.
  5. Sprinkle with finely chopped pumpkin seeds and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 °C.
  6. Take out and enjoy. Enjoy!
