Directions

  1. Mix the flour with the cornstarch and salt.
  2. In a bowl, mix the butter at room temperature with the powdered sugar.
  3. Add the egg yolks, vanilla essence, rum, and lemon zest. Mix again.
  4. We incorporate the solid mixture into the liquid one. We mix then form a ball.
  5. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm.
  7. Cut out 4 cm circles. Transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 C.
  8. Remove and let the biscuits cool completely.
  9. Fill half of the biscuits with boiled condensed milk, cover with the remaining biscuits and flatten slightly.
  10. Decorate with melted chocolate and enjoy. Bon appetit.
